Frank did an exceptional job of selling my home. This sale was very complicated due to a divorce situations and various liens. He made what could have turned out to be been a messy and problematic transaction, a smooth one for me. He was everything I was hoped for in a realtor: knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Frank was outstanding from start to finish! He came highly recommended by our friends, and he did not disappoint us! He was always available either by text, email or phone throughout the entire process. He answered our questions promptly and everything we wanted want in a local real estate agent. Over the years we have worked with Frank for 3 times now, and I could not be happier with his services. He is always professional and extremely knowledgeable about the current market. He priced our home exactly how it needed to be priced and set realistic expectations for us. I sold my first home with Frank in 2004 and bought another with him and then sold that home in 2014, and I was so thankful to have him advising me all this time. The process with Frank was so easy and stress free. All of the Vendors that he recommended to get my home ready were just as professional and knowledgable as he is. I would not use anyone else for all my real estate needs except Frank!

Frank was a total professional and such a pleasure to work with. He was very straight forward and honest with us about our asking price, which we greatly appreciated. He made us feel like we were his only client with his attention to detail and swift responses to all our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Because of Frank we had nothing to worry about. Despite Frank having has a many other clients, we were impressive how he remembered the smallest detail and did not let us down! I would definitely recommend Frank again and again!

Frank took total control of the sale of our Pocono vacation home while we were back at home in New York. It needed repairs and maintenance work and a good cleaning and Frank and his team took care of everything. If you want a realtor who more than earns his fee, Frank’s your guy.

Frank was referred to me by my father who knew him, and after reading his reviews I knew he was the right agent to sell my home. His was always available to answer my questions promptly. Despite living in New Jersey, Frank went out of his way to make the sale of my home as seamless as possible. He was very understanding of my anxiety in the process and he was patient with me and walked me through the contract and all the other paperwork. We had multiple offers on my home and Frank advised me on the appropriate strategy which resulted in my getting an offer above my asking price. Frank is very knowledgeable, an expert and joy to work with. I would definitely recommend him!

Frank and his team are awesome. My husband and I relocated from Florida to the Poconos. Frank made the whole process so non-stressful enough that we bought the house without ever seeing it except for pictures the video tour he sent us. When we got to the Poconos we weren't disappointed at all. He was upfront, honest and trustworthy throughout the process! , Even though it’s been years, he has stayed in contact with us and I have used his expertise several times. He has always been there for us. I highly recommend using him whether you are buying or selling a home!

Frank is amazing. He was always available to answer any questions I had. Frank is very knowledgeable and was able to help us sell our house superfast! We had multiple offers and a contract within the first 7 days of listing and ended up over asking price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a realtor!
